In this episode, Lexie and Rebecca had a gem-filled, insightful conversation with speaker, musician, and coach Lynn O’Brien, who does creative, compassionate, and constructive work with individuals experiencing change, integrating all of those roles to an amazing degree. She shares about her long background as a musician, career in music therapy, passion for vocal improv, and for using the voice as a vehicle for expression, connection, and healing.

We also discussed using boundaries to stay in alignment and say yes with generosity, and Lynn’s wide range of self care practices (some traditional and some not as much!) The episode ends with us talking about feeling seen, and we hope this episode does that for you!
